Aronia fruit

Aronia (aronia berry) belongs to the rose family (Rosaceae), is native to the eastern coasts of North America, and is commonly grown in plantations in Poland. It is a perennial plant with low soil requirements, tolerating low temperatures well. The raw material is the fruit, which is an excellent source of, among other things, anthocyanins, phenolic acids, including chlorogenic and neochlorogenic acids, flavonoids, also contains tannins, pectin, sugars and minerals. Chokeberry extracts have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects, improve cerebral blood circulation, ocular circulation, relieve symptoms of autoimmune diseases, lower blood pressure.
